Server Rules
The rules every player must follow.
Zero-tolerance policy
The one rule that ends accounts.Anti-Bot / Automation & Unattended EXP (Zero Tolerance)
Any cave bot, auto-hunt, auto-exp, auto-walker, map-click hunting, or any automation that plays the character for you is strictly forbidden.
Definition (what counts as botting):
If your character can move, hunt, target, fight, or gain EXP while you are NOT actively controlling gameplay, it is botting.
Allowed (only while actively playing):
• Auto-targeting / target assistant — only if you are actively playing and manually moving and positioning your character.
• Auto spell-caster / auto-attack keys — only if you are actively playing (manual movement and manual decisions).
• Auto-heal tools or hotkeys (healing only) — only while actively playing.
Not allowed (strictly forbidden):
• Cave bots of any kind (any software or script that hunts for you).
• Auto-walker / auto-path / map-click hunting (character walks and clears monsters automatically).
• Unattended hunting, unattended EXP, or leaving your character to fight by itself.
• Fully automated combos — one button that makes the character hunt everything on screen without real control.
• Any automation designed to replace active gameplay.
Important:
• Being at the computer or watching the screen does not make it legal.
• You must be actively playing: manual movement, real-time control, and decision-making.
• If staff sees your character hunting on autopilot (walking, clearing, and gaining EXP automatically), it will be treated as botting.
Enforcement:
Any detected illegal automation will result in punishment. Repeated or continued violations face increasingly severe consequences. The final punishment for repeated violations is permanent character seizure.
The Administration reserves the right to remove illegally gained EXP, items, or progress and to seize or delete characters at any time. Staff may check players at any time.
Conduct & fair play
How players are expected to behave.Respect Others
All players must treat each other respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks of any kind will not be tolerated.
Language Policy
Use appropriate and respectful language in all chats. Offensive, sexually explicit, or obscene content is not allowed. Keep the chat safe for everyone.
Harassment & Bullying
In-game Tibia-style conflict (guild wars, hunting someone, blocking respawns, fighting over spawns) is allowed as part of gameplay. What is NOT allowed is real-life harassment: insulting someone's family, using hate speech, making real-life threats, or constantly attacking someone personally in chat or private messages. If staff tells you to stop, you must stop immediately.
Multi-Clienting
You may run up to 2 clients at once, but only one may be actively played (hunting, skilling, interacting). The second must remain idle. Using multiple clients together (for example to lure, heal, follow, or support each other) is forbidden and will result in penalties.
Account Sharing
Each account is personal. Sharing, selling, or trading accounts is not permitted and may result in permanent bans.
Impersonation
Impersonating staff or other players (including using very similar names) is strictly forbidden and may be punished without warning.
No Spam
Spamming (repeated messages, flooding, excessive caps, or link spam) is disruptive and not allowed.
No Scamming
All trades must be honest. Scamming other players (items, coins, or services) is not tolerated and may result in severe punishment.
Character Ownership
All characters remain the property of the Administration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, seize, or delete any character at any time, with or without explanation.
Advertising Ban
Promoting other servers, websites, or external services in-game or on official channels without written permission is not allowed.
PvP Conduct
PvP is allowed but must respect server rules. Abusing mechanics, excessive griefing, or harassment through PvP may lead to punishment.
Privacy Respect
Sharing personal information of other players (name, address, social media, etc.) without their clear consent is strictly forbidden.
Staff Instructions
Players must follow instructions given by staff. Ignoring or disrespecting staff decisions may result in penalties.
Reporting Rule-Breaking
If you see rule violations, report them to a GM or through the support system. Reports can be kept anonymous.
Character Trading
Selling or trading characters is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized character trades may result in character deletion or seizure.
Item Selling for Real Money
Selling or buying in-game items for real-world money or services is forbidden. Items may only be traded for in-game currency. Violators risk item removal and account bans.
Chargebacks and Payment Abuse
If you experience a payment or delivery problem, please contact OTUniverse support first so we can investigate it. Fraudulent chargebacks, intentional payment reversals after virtual goods have been received, or other abuse of the payment system may result in removal of the purchased virtual goods and suspension of the associated account. We retain transaction, IP, and account records to review such cases. Legitimate payment disputes are reviewed individually.
Payments & virtual coins

Payments made through OTUniverse may grant virtual OTUniverse Coins or other digital in-game benefits as described at the time of purchase. These virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and do not represent ownership of any part of OTUniverse or its game content.
Delivery
Purchases are normally delivered automatically to the account associated with the transaction. If there is a problem with a payment or delivery, please contact OTUniverse support before opening a payment dispute.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the transaction. Virtual items may be adjusted or revoked where required for rule enforcement or to correct errors. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or abuse of the payment system may result in suspension of the associated game account.
